Does Deep Cleaning include everything in Standard Cleaning?

Yes. Deep Cleaning includes the normal rooms and surfaces covered by Standard Cleaning, along with significantly more detailed attention throughout the home.

Does Deep Cleaning include the inside of the oven?

Yes. Cleaning inside the oven is included with BrightSide Deep Cleaning. Loose debris, food residue, grease, accessible racks, interior surfaces, and interior door glass are cleaned where possible.

Does Deep Cleaning include the inside of the refrigerator?

Yes. The refrigerator interior, shelves, drawers, door shelves, walls, and accessible corners are cleaned. Please remove food and personal items before the appointment whenever possible.

Are interior windows included?

Yes. Accessible interior window glass is cleaned as part of Deep Cleaning. Exterior windows and full window-track detailing are not included.

Does Deep Cleaning include baseboards?

Yes. Accessible baseboards are wiped to remove dust, hair, loose debris, and visible dirt marks throughout the home.

Are cabinet interiors included?

No. Deep Cleaning includes detailed cabinet fronts and drawer fronts, but cleaning inside cabinets and drawers is reserved for Move-Out Cleaning.

Can every stain or buildup mark be removed?

No. Deep Cleaning addresses removable dirt and buildup, but permanent staining, etched glass, damaged caulking, paint damage, worn finishes, and some heavy mineral or carbon deposits may not be fully removable.

Do I need to empty the refrigerator and oven?

The refrigerator should be emptied or substantially cleared so the cleaner can safely access the interior. Oven cookware, trays, and personal items should also be removed before the appointment.

Are cleaning supplies included?

Yes. BrightSide cleaners bring the standard cleaning supplies and products needed to complete the service.
